Biological models, coral snake on display at The City of Houston Zoo for 4 years, removed after a visitor whom had visited the then free zoo many times, noticed the "snake" hadn't moved in four years and reported to the management that the "snake" was "DEAD"! This model received The Esquire Magazines Dubious Achievement award, a Texas Monthly Bum Steer award as well as some international press.

after Robert inspected and proved that the equipment did not meet the US Consumer Products
Safety Commission's Guidelines or the City of Houston's specifications.
Front page article from The Galveston Daily News about Playground Designer and Safety Inspector Robert Rothbard. Robert served on the ASTM committee that developed the Safety Standard for Public Playgrounds as well as being a Certified Playground Safety Inspector and an Expert Witness.
